✔ Recurring services (e.g., SEO, social media management) are billed monthly in advance.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
✔ No Refunds for Completed Work – Once a project milestone is completed and approved, refunds will not be issued.
✔ Partial Refunds – If a client cancels mid-project, partial refunds may be provided based on work completed.
✔ Subscription Services – Monthly services must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
✔ Force Majeure – In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, server failures, etc.), refunds or rescheduling options may be considered.

✔ All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with encryption to protect client data.
