Refund & Cancellation Policy – My Digital Agency

My Digital Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is required. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.


1. Cancellation Policy

A. Service Cancellation by Client

✔ Clients may request a cancellation of services by providing a written request via email at least 7 days before the project start date.
✔ If a cancellation request is received before the work has commenced, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund (see Refund Policy below).
✔ If the project has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work completed.

B. Service Cancellation by My Digital Agency

✔ We reserve the right to cancel any service due to non-compliance with terms, non-payment, or violation of our policies.
✔ If we cancel a service due to technical or operational issues on our end, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative solutions.


2. Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:

Before Work Begins: Full refund if the cancellation request is made before work starts.
Partial Completion: If a project is partially completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed.
Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued once a project is fully delivered and approved by the client.
Subscription Services: Refunds for monthly or yearly subscription-based services will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of payment.

B. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
❌ Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
❌ Any custom development, strategy, or design work that has already been executed.
❌ Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, failure to provide required information).
❌ Domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, or ad campaign costs incurred on behalf of the client.


3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

✔ All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to customer@mydigitalagency.site.
✔ Requests should include the project details, reason for cancellation/refund, and any supporting documentation.
✔ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.


4. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding a refund or cancellation, we encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve the matter amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, legal arbitration may be considered as per our Terms of Service.
